Who owns the rights to my generated content?

The ownership of your generated content depends on your subscription tier:

  • Free and Lite Plans: Content generated under these plans is for personal use only. You do not have the rights for commercial use, and the generated content may include a watermark.

  • Plus, Unlimited and Enterprise Plans: Content generated under these plans includes commercial usage rights, and there is no watermark on the output. You can use the content in commercial projects, including marketing, branding, and product development, as long as your subscription remains active.

Can I use my generated content for commercial purposes?

Commercial usage is only allowed under the Plus, Unlimited and Enterprise subscription tiers. This means you can freely use your generated content for:

  • Business projects, branding, and advertising.

  • Marketing materials, social media campaigns, and product packaging.

  • Any other commercial activities permitted under the terms of service.

If you are on the Free or Lite plan, your content is restricted to non-commercial, personal use only. Upgrading to a Plus or Unlimited plan is required to gain commercial usage rights.

Important: Your commercial rights apply only while your subscription is active. If you downgrade to a plan that does not include commercial use or cancel your subscription, you lose the rights to use previously generated content for commercial purposes.

What happens to my content if I cancel my subscription?

When you cancel your subscription:

  • You will still have access to all of your previously generated content, but any new generations will be subject to the terms of the Free plan (limited usage, non-commercial use, and may include a watermark).

  • Your commercial usage rights are revoked immediately upon cancelation or downgrade to a plan that does not allow commercial use (e.g., Free or Lite).

  • You can still download and use your existing content for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you must upgrade your plan again if you wish to resume commercial usage rights.

This ensures that commercial licensing is tied directly to your active subscription status.
