How do I update my email address or account information?
To update your account information (name, or username) in the iOS app:
Tap your profile photo at the bottom left of the screen.
Select Manage Account from the menu.
Edit your name or username by typing in the new information.
Tap Update Account to save your changes.
Note: You are unable to change your account's email address, as sign-on occurs via Single Sign-On (SSO).
What if I forgot my password?
Your Dream Machine account uses single sign-on (SSO) access tied to your email address. If you previously had a Dream Machine account, your credentials have been ported over. Simply sign in using the same email address associated with your account—no password recovery is required.
For new users, you can easily create an account by signing in with Apple (on iOS) or using your email address. If you encounter any issues, ensure you’re using the correct email address or contact support at support+ios@lumalabs.ai for iOS or support+web@lumalabs.ai for web assistance.
Can I merge multiple accounts?
At this time, merging multiple accounts is not supported. Each account is tied to a unique email address, and data cannot be combined across accounts.
If you have multiple accounts and wish to consolidate your assets, consider downloading your content manually from each account before deleting any duplicates.
How do I delete my account?
To permanently delete your account:
Tap your profile photo at the bottom left of the screen.
Go to Manage Account and scroll down to the red button labeled Delete Account.
Confirm your decision by following the on-screen prompts.
Important: Deleting your account is final. All data, including your generated images, videos, and account information, will be permanently removed. There is no way to recover a deleted account, so please proceed with caution.
