Luma is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and creative environment for all users. This policy outlines the types of content that are not permitted on our platform, and explains what happens when content is flagged and how to request a review.

Community Guidelines

When creating prompts, please follow these guidelines to help keep Luma a positive space for everyone:

  • No NSFW Content: Do not request or generate content that is sexually explicit or intended for adults only.
  • No Harmful Content: Do not generate content that promotes or glorifies violence, self-harm, or other harmful behaviour.
  • Respectful and Inclusive: Ensure your prompts are respectful and free from hate speech, discrimination, or content that could be considered offensive to any group.
  • Legal and Ethical: Do not generate content that is illegal or encourages illegal activity.
  • Intellectual Property: Do not request or generate content that infringes on copyrighted or trademarked materials.

Enforcement

Generating or attempting to generate prohibited content may result in your account being flagged, limited, or suspended. Accounts that accumulate NSFW moderation triggers will be blocked.

We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions based on the nature of the content involved. Not all actions are reversible.

Appealing a Moderation Decision

If you believe your content was flagged or removed in error, you can submit an appeal by following the steps below. Please note that submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement; all decisions are reviewed in accordance with this policy.

  2. Explain clearly why you believe the content was flagged incorrectly.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund if your account has been blocked as a result of a positive moderation.

Appeals are reviewed by our moderation team. We will assess each case against our content guidelines and reserve the right to make a final determination on whether an account is reinstated.
