Overview
This page explains how billing works for Luma app plans, what our refund policy covers, and how annual subscribers can switch to a monthly plan.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Unused plans: If you have not used your plan you may be eligible for a full refund. Contact our support team and we will review your account.
- 30 Days: Refunds cover the most recent billing period only. We are unable to issue refunds for usage beyond the previous month, regardless of the circumstances.
Annual Plan Subscribers
If you are on an annual plan and would like to switch to a monthly subscription, we can accommodate this. Please note:
- Switch to monthly only: We can move you from an annual plan to a monthly ongoing subscription. We are unable to transfer you to a different annual plan.
- Refund of the difference: If you switch mid-year, we will calculate a refund based on your remaining unused months. Because annual plans are discounted, the months you have already used will be recalculated at the standard monthly rate before the refund is applied.
- Going forward: Once switched, you will be billed at the standard monthly rate from your next billing date.
How to Request a Refund or Plan Change
To request a refund or switch your plan, contact our support team:

- Include your account email address and a brief description of your request.
- Our team will review your account and respond within 3–5 business days.
All refund decisions are made at our discretion and in accordance with this policy. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.
