# Introducing Luma Scenes

One frame wrong shouldn't cost the whole production

A script, a product shot, a one-line brief should be enough to get a finished, on-brand spot. Instead, we see the challenge: 10 generations (or more) for one usable spot; paying full price for a render before you know it's usable.

That's the tax on AI video today. And it's why we built Luma Scenes.

One frame wrong shouldn't cost you the whole production. Now, with Scenes, you create video from text or images, reviewing every key frame in a visual storyboard, fix what you need, and then generate only when you're ready.

#### **Approve every scene. Then render.**

Start with a brief, your brand assets, or both. Luma Scenes, powered by Uni-1, turns that into a perfectly sequenced storyboard of editable keyframes, generated together so the look holds from the first scene to the last. Refine any scene, time every beat, then render. Nothing renders before your approval. Fix one scene, and it costs one scene, not the whole spot.

#### **What you get**

- A storyboard built from a brief, reference images, or both. No keyframe experience required.
- Every scene generated together, in one context, so look, environment, and spatial logic hold across the sequence.
- Full control over any keyframe: regenerate it, comment to adjust it, or replace it. The frames you've already approved stay exactly as they are.
- Adjust timing. Just drag a keyframe to the moment it should land.
- Render with Ray 3.2 or Seedance 2, in 9:16 vertical or 16:9 horizontal.
- Export as a full clip, separate clips, or open as Ray 3.2 panels.

Ray 3.2 and Seedance 2 aren't interchangeable, so Luma Scenes doesn't ask you to pretend they are. Ray 3.2 leans toward several short clips. Seedance 2 often returns one longer clip. That's what makes commercial video at volume possible instead of one hero clip.

#### Where is earns its keep

One approved sequence becomes the base for everything after it. Catch a scene that's off-brief and fix just that keyframe, the rest of the storyboard holds. Re-run an approved sequence with one variable changed, same spot, new market, one change, and the rest carries over. One flow: plan, approve, render.

Luma Scenes is live now. Ideas in. Storyboard out.
